2. Addon Credits

2.1 Non-Refundable: All purchases of addon credits are final. Once credits are loaded into your Tutarr account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.

2.2 Usage: Addon credits are intended solely for use within the Tutarr platform for specific features or services as described at the time of purchase.

2.3 Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, addon credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, in the event of account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credits may be forfeited.

3. Subscription Services

If Tutarr offers any subscription-based services, payments for these subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

4. Technical Errors
