2. Description of Service

Tutarr is a free platform that provides tutors with tools to manage their tutoring business, including:

• Student and session management
• Payment tracking and verification via WhatsApp
• Scheduling and calendar management
• Trust Score and reputation system
• Communication tools
• Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: To use Tutarr, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create a tutor account. Students under 18 may use the platform with parental consent.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Fees

4.1 Free for Tutors: Tutarr is 100% free for tutors. We do not charge tutors any subscription fees, commission, or hidden charges.

4.2 Trust & Safety Fee: We charge students/parents a 1% Trust & Safety Fee on payments processed through the platform. This fee helps us maintain platform security, verify payments, and provide support.

4.3 Payment Gateway Fees: Standard payment gateway fees apply only to payments processed via Tutarr. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors, not by Tutarr.

5. Payment Verification

All payments (cash or online) are verified via WhatsApp to ensure transparency and build trust. By using Tutarr, you agree to participate in this verification process.

6. Trust Score and Reputation

Your Trust Score is calculated based on your payment history, student feedback, class completion rate, and platform activity. This score is visible to students and helps build your professional reputation. You agree that Tutarr may display this score publicly.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment verification systems
• Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to Tutarr. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

8.2 Our Content: All Tutarr branding, logos, designs, and platform features are owned by Inzpira Edu Solutions Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Tutarr is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Disclaimers

Tutarr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the quality of tutoring services provided by tutors or the conduct of users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inzpira Edu Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tutarr.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tutarr shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The venue for arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Tutarr after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
